Deuteronomy 13:12-14

12 Then all Israel will hear and be afraid, and never again will they do such an evil thing as this in your midst.

13 “Suppose you hear it said in one of your cities, which Adonai your God is giving you to dwell in, 14 that worthless fellows[a] have gone out from among you and enticed the inhabitants of their city, saying, ‘Let’s go and serve other gods’—that you have not known.
